Freedom of expression

Skater XL is unique in not having tricks scheduled in it, but only controlling the movement through the big fingers. Each finger is connected to the appropriate foot of the skater and as the player moves the cane, the plate instantly responds. Like a musical instrument, the player has full freedom, whether it is pushing to nail a line or skating.
